Warriors protected their people by dancing to the beat of the drums to take their strength and bravery into battle. When they returned to their villages, they performed dances to show how they fought their enemy and give praise for their victory. This young warrior dancer is proudly wearing eagle feathers handed down to him by his great grandfather which he uses to give him strength and power in honoring this important cultural and spiritual dance.
