New Mexico is known as the Land of Enchantment for its scenic beauty and rich history. The state was named after the Aztec Valley of the Rio Grande River in Mexico – “Nuevo Mexico”. I love the stunning desert landscape and the changing colors of the rock formations throughout the day. This scene is just north of Abiquiu, New Mexico and the Ghost Ranch where famed artist Georgia O’Keeffe called home.
