A tributary of the Rio Grande, this stream is also known as Red Willow Creek flowing from its headwaters in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains through the Taos Pueblo and then down into the Rio Grande Gorge. This view can be seen looking upstream from a small island sitting in the middle of the creek inside the Pueblo grounds.
